Merchbot Shipping 101

​The below shipping guidelines apply to applicable products including but not limited to: Funko, Pokémon, Disney branded merchandise, Video games, All trading cards, Action figures and/or statues, etcetera... you get the picture.

Funko Pops always ship with protectors over $10.

We like to be thorough and ship with extreme care. We fully understand how important the condition is. We take extra pride in shipping and use plenty of packing materials for extra protection. We know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item and will do everything possible to prevent that situation.

✅ We know that most collectibles are delicate... almost like a flower. Buy with confidence.
Note that although we cannot guarantee that each and every collectible is 100% pristine mint as some have minor shelf wear or age, none will ever come completely damaged (unless otherwise noted). We are neat freaks ("non-smoking, no pets, dark environment, minimal sunlight" type environment)... we even dust often. Whatever condition we bought them in, we kept them in.
